the friendly staff met all my needs promptly. the breakfast had a lovely selection of fresh food, so fueling up for the day was very easy. i really appreciated the hotel's excellent location near the promenade, accessing various attractions was very convenient.

I was a bit let down by the breakfast. There was no fruit, croissants, ham, or cheese as advertised. I also missed having cold water to drink (especially since I don't drink coffee).

the staff was friendly. the room was clean. everything regarding the stay was explained clearly. i like that the room was clean.

the room felt cold. the window was left open before i arrived. the heating didn't seem effective. i saw some mould in areas of the bathroom.
